Director, Special Projects
Stephanie comes to Indigo Trade Solutions with over 11 years of project experience. She has transitioned her experience and skillfully applies it to FTZ Project Management. Prior to joining Indigo, she was involved in managing clinic growth and expansion for a medical device expansion.
The maze of multiple locations under alternative ownership structures proved to be a fun challenge for Stephanie, as she not only constructed and renovated facilities, but managed the process of enrolling these facilities with multiple federally funded insurances such as Medicare and Medicaid. She also gained valuable staff management experience, with responsibility of hiring and managing three employees in various departments within the company.
Prior to that, Stephanie was Project Manager for The Little Clinic where all projects were cross functional. She was the lead development person for aggressive growth in the third largest retail clinic company in the nation. Teams in all departments looked to her for guidance as to when their duties in the collaborative process should occur.
Stephanie has been instrumental in “herding the cats” on FTZ projects. She manages each implementation to its milestone dates and has a keen instinct for identifying risk areas and heading off problems before they arise. She has also been active on the Grantee committee within the NAFTZ and enjoys assisting Grantees with their marketing and outreach needs.
Stephanie is an avid outdoors person and believes nature is therapeutic. In warm months, you may find her camping and boating. Fall finds her in the woods somewhere, hiking with friends and in wintertime, Stephanie loves to spend as much time as possible on the Rocky Mountain slopes. She’s an active Board Member of the Nashville Ski Club, planning local social events and leading ski trips.
