Come on board with a highly reputable and seasoned professional team as a Data Entry Clerk. Our Clerks are responsible for receiving, entering and maintaining up to the minute knowledge of cargo inbound for our clients’ Foreign-Trade Zones.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Entry of data elements from invoices and airway bills to web hosted client softwares
  • Inspect and process all documentation on foreign parts for import shipments
  • Tracking shipments, requesting missing documents when needed
  • Receiving pre-alerts and entering into the system
  • Participate as needed in the process of filing the 214 form with Customs on a daily basis
  • Assists FTZ Specialist(s) and Director of FTZ Managed Services as needed


Education and Competencies:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • High demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and/or Access
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Provides careful work with a high percentage of accuracy


  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of import and transportation related documentation is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral

Location and Travel:

  • This position will be based in Nashville TN area and no travel is required
